The Izu Kyuko 8000 series train is a train owned by Izu Kyuko Railway. It began commercial operation on April 1, 2005. These trains are used on local services between Atami Station, Ito Station, and Izukyu-Shimoda Station, and also operate on the Ito Line. They are also used for shuttle services within the Ito Line.
Nearly 50 years after the original vehicles were manufactured, they had become obsolete, so from 2022, the Izukyu 3000 series, which were modified 209 series trains transferred from JR East, were introduced, and two sets of six cars of this type were withdrawn from service. There are also plans to gradually replace the 8000 series in the future.
This pack reflects the current state of the 8000 Series which are arranged as 3-cars sets of TA sets and TB sets, which includes the converted motor car to cab car on the TA set and the modified single arm pantograph car on the TB set.
This addons has each batch detailed specifically with various liveries, trainset asset is included, and each has a changable trainset number where it suits.
